Since I was a kid I have always loved to play in the kitchen. Fortunately, I never poisoned anyone (that I know of). Due to the unforeseen global pandemic, I had the time to cook and loved it so much that I became the

'Happenstance Chef." Now I'm on a mission to help you, as a home chef, to be cooking (and baking) on all burners. Join me in this grand experiment! Sometimes like a delicate cake that falls with a bang, so will I. But other times I will prevail and I'll be sharing it all, including the recipes, with you.

If you say "I can't cook" you won't. The more cook the more you learn. The more you learn the better you get. The better you get the more exciting it is. On your next trip to the supermarket, grab your phone and head into the aisles. If you don't know what you're looking at, look it up. See what it is, how to cook it, and what recipes you can make. Then let your imagination and your creativity go. Experiment. Fail. Succeed and Enjoy. And most of all have fun!
